Add phase A to a container and start stirring until dissolved. Gradually add phase B at room temperature with vigorous stirring. Heat to 90-95°C and continue stirring for 20 minutes with vigorous stirring. Afterwards, add phase C little by little. Keep the temperature at 90°C and mix for another 10 minutes with vigorous stirring. Start cooling and put on moderate stirring. After 40°C add phases D, E, F, respectively, with 5 min. between each phase. Adjust the pH with phase G.
Viscosity: 8,000 cps, spindle 5, torque 20; pH: 5.2. ISO natural derived content: 98.49%.
